After a really rubbish 2022, for many reasons, I let the business slip. I didn't want to get up, I had no motivation! I had completely burnt myself out! Rather than planning for the future, I would create a new design & list it straight away. Which by the way is a stupid idea! DON'T DO IT!
Product pricing was still relatively low as the business was in its infancy, but this led to problems. POPULARITY!
Okay, Okay, you are probably wondering what the problem is, a busy bustling business with flowing 5* reviews. Let me explain...
Whilst being busy and having many orders to do, I actually didn't have the time to complete all of them. This led to delays. Not to mention the mail strikes, I was replacing many orders at my own expense. FURTHER DELAYS...
As you can imagine, this was very stressful! I needed a break - so that's what I did!
During the break, amongst the procrastination and the duvet days, I began to wonder what I actually wanted from the business. Not just this but I also started thinking about the direction I wanted to take the business.
